All the emotions flowing inside — restless, tangled, unstoppable.
This painting was born in a moment when thoughts moved too fast, overlapping and colliding.
I tried to turn that tension into movement, letting color become both breath and release.
Anxiety is not only fear, but also a vital energy searching for a way to be expressed.
